Application

CUTICLES ~ BUFF ~ DEHYDRATE ~ GLUE

CUTICLES

Each set of nails come with a cuticle tool. First soften your cuticles with any oil you have (Yes, even olive oil), then push back your cuticles and scrape away any access skin. Wash your hands

BUFF

Each set of nails come with a small file to lightly buff your nail to help the glue adhere for a strong hold.

DEHYDRATE

Your Prep-N-Set kit comes with a dehydrator. Much like alcohol (but less harsh), this brush on makes sure your skin and nails are free of any oils etc before applying your press-ons

GLUE

Your Prep-N-Set kit comes with a full size brush on glue for an even layer as to avoid air bubbles. Apply glue to your entire nail and the base of the press-on

LIGHTLY hold in place for 60 seconds. All we're doing is drying the glue. A hard hold will push the glue to the edges

Alternative application with sticky tabs for a shorter wear time

(Note: in this video you will see a variation of the steps listed here)

"Ummm a couple nails are a tad too big."

Not a problem! File down the sides from the underside for a perfect fit!

Remember you can also file any area.

I.e. If a square nail is a little too sharp at the edges for your taste, file them down

One size does not fit all when it comes to application

Removal

  • Start with massaging some oil into your cuticles

  • In a bowl with hot water, add any oil and some dish soap

  • Soak for 10-15 min

  • Gently use the remover tool found in your box of nails to help the press-on come off without damaging your nail.

  • If some are being stubborn, apply the remover found in your Prep-N-Set kit. Let sit for a couple minutes and return to soaking.

  • Now all you have to do is file down any access glue and you're ready for your new set!

Note: if you are using sticky tabs, do not add oil to your soaking bowl; just hot water and dish soap
